We aim to be intentional and strengthen this year’s World Stroke Day advocacy on stroke awareness. Hence, we will be going out to visit call center agents of a BPO company to conduct a face-to-face Stroke Lay Forum. As the number of Stroke in the Young is increasing, we aim to educate this special group of population on how to spot the warning signs of stroke, what to do in case of these symptoms, and the importance of time in the acute stroke management. We will also be highlighting the importance of Risk Factor control with emphasis on the Stroke in the Young population. To make it more engaging, the session will be comprised of short stroke-related games and fun educational discussion on stroke with our stroke physicians and stroke nurses.
