Stroke Action Nigeria, in collaboration with Onitsha Advancement Foundation (OnAF) is hosting a community outreach event to raise awareness of strokes among citizens and offer health check for Blood pressure, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Body Mass Index monitoring. Stroke Ambassador nurses will offer health advice for healthy lifestyle and self-management of risk factors.
