A virtual workshop organized by the Ministry of Health, in which health professionals, representatives of the Ministry and non-governmental organizations will take part and the creation of a Stroke Action Plan for Bulgaria will be discussed. The goal is to create a common state document that represents a macro framework for the main stages in the fight against stroke - namely prevention, recognition of stroke symptoms, emergency treatment of stroke and secondary prevention of stroke. It will also cover ways to safely return to normal activities after a stroke. The Stroke Action Plan for Bulgaria aims to mobilize all sectors involved in the multidisciplinary approach to stroke management.
