For World Stroke Day - October 29, the municipality of Sevlievo and the Heart to Heart Foundation for Bulgaria will express their sympathy for the cause of the World Stroke Organization and will organize the lighting of one of Sevlievo's most emblematic buildings - the Freedom Monument - in purple blue.
