Stroke has become the number one cause of death in our country and is the most disabling disease among single diseases. In my country, a new stroke patient occurs every 12 seconds, and our country is facing the world's largest stroke challenge. October 29, 2023 is the 18th "World Stroke Day". In order to better publicize and promote knowledge on stroke diagnosis, treatment and prevention, the theme of the promotion is "Early stroke recognition leads to better treatment results". At 8:00 am on October 20, The Second Department of Encephalology of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine held a "World Stroke Day" free clinic in the outpatient hall on the first floor. Relevant knowledge on stroke identification, prevention, control and medication was introduced to patients and their families, and people's doubts about the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases were answered.

脑卒中已成为我国国民死亡的第一位病因，且是单病种致残最高的疾病。在我国，每 12 秒就有 1 位新发卒中患者，我国正面临着全球最大的卒中挑战。2023 年 10 月 29 日是第 18 个「世界卒中日」，为了更好地宣传和推广卒中诊治及预防知识，宣传主题为「卒中识别早，救治效果好」，10月20上午8：00，秦皇岛市中医医院脑病二科在一楼门诊大厅开展“世界卒中日”义诊活动。向来诊患者及家属介绍卒中的识别、预防、控制和用药等方面的相关知识，解答了百姓对脑血管病防治方面的疑惑。
