A series of activities on World Stroke Day in Xingyang People’s Hospital

From October 19, 2023, the red bracelet volunteers of the Stroke Center of Xingyang People's Hospital have successively carried out free clinics and stroke knowledge and health science popularization in many places, including the first floor of the outpatient department of Xingyang People's Hospital, Xingyang City Five Guarantees Support Happiness Park Nursing Home, Heyou Zunzhang Nursing Home, Sihe Road Residential Community, Zi Dong Jun Residential Community, Xingyang Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, and Baizhai Village, Guangwu Town. We set up health consultation desks, hung banners, displayed knowledge display boards, and distributed leaflets or brochures at the free clinics. A large number of residents came to inquire about stroke. Specialists and nurses explained stroke related knowledge to counselors more scientifically, correctly and intuitively. More than 400 people were consulted on site. We distributed more than 400 copies of promotional materials and more than 100 health education prescriptions.
