The XXII Congress of the Iberoamerican Society of Cerebrovascular Diseases (SIECV) took place in Costa Rica on 13-14 June 2019. It was a scientific and academic forum of great importance for Latin America, where experts from the region with the support of international advisors, discussed topics in areas of prevention, diagnosis, therapeutic approach, rehabilitation, research and interdisciplinarity in relation to cerebrovascular disease.
At the Congress, WSO was represented by Prof. Marc Fisher, WSO President-Elect, and Dr. Sheila Martins, WSO Vice President for SSOs.
