Stroke Connector is WSO's online hub for organizations and individuals involved in advocacy and stroke support. The hub aims to encourage stroke support organizations, advocates and people with lived experience to connect with each other, share advocacy and stroke support experience and best practice and to drive knowledge exchange activity.
