The Research Committee works collaboratively with other WSO groups and committees as well as with external stakeholders to advance WSO goals.

Research Funding and Burden of Disease Project

To showcase the disparity in stroke burden of disease and research funding with other major diseases such as cancer, diabetes and dementia.

Young stroke

Review and position paper to highlight gaps in knowledge and burden of those under the age of 55 years.

Global Burden of Disease Collaboration

We seek to improve the robustness of data underpinning these important estimates worldwide.
