Building on its momentum, the WSO Certification Program continues to expand its global footprint, driving excellence and consistency in stroke care delivery.

At the World Stroke Congress 2025 in Barcelona, the certification program was showcased as a key mechanism for raising global standards in acute stroke management. A highlight was the first joint meeting of WSO appointed assessors, held to strengthen the certification audit process. The meeting brought together 29 assessors from 13 countries, reflecting the diversity and global expertise that underpin the program.
