Jaffna Stroke Symposium & Regional Meeting 2025, Sri Lanka
I’m honored to share the success of the Jaffna Stroke Symposium & Regional Meeting 2025, which brought together over 550 healthcare professionals — including 200 medical officers and 350 allied health professionals — to advance stroke care across Sri Lanka’s Northern and Eastern provinces, serving nearly 4 million people. This impactful event was organized by the Association of Sri Lankan Neurologists (ASN, President Dr Ajantha Keshavaraj) and the Stroke Association of Sri Lanka (President: Dr Gamini Pathirana), with generous support from the World Stroke Organization (WSO) and SingHealth.
