ESO-WSO Conference 2020

In May 2019, over 5,600 stroke professionals gathered in Milan for ESOC’19 to discuss the latest clinical trial results and attend scientific sessions, workshops and symposia detected to advancing stroke care and improving outcomes for people who suffer stroke.

Next year, you will have the opportunity to attend an even bigger and better conference, as the World Stroke Organization European Stroke Organisation come together for ESO-WSO 2020. It will see the presentation of major clinical trials, debates and controversies sessions, as well as a packed scientific programme and scientific communications of the latest research. Over 2000 abstract submissions are expected. There will also be an ‘allied health professionals’ strand ensuring there is something for everyone working in stroke care and research. The pre-conference day will be filled with teaching courses and other content.

The call for abstracts for the ESO-WSO Conference will open in the 4th quarter of 2019. Remember that as a WSO member you will get a significant discount from congress registration, which will open in the autumn of 2019.
