How to Get Certified
1. Register Your Hospital
Once the platform launches, hospitals will be able to create an account to receive login credentials.
2. Complete the Self-Assessment
Hospital will submit information on infrastructure, care protocols, and staffing.
Based on the assessment, hospital will be evaluated as an Essential or Advanced Stroke Centre.
3. Submit Your Application
Make the certification fee payment (based on World Bank country classification), then upload supporting documents and four months of Quality KPI data.
4. On-site Audit
A WSO-appointed assessor will conduct a physical site visit your site to verify compliance with certification standards.
5. Receive Certification
Based on the final assessment by the WSO certification committee, your hospital will be certified for two years, with annual KPI data submission required for continued compliance.
