Mike Sharma
Member Bio
Mike Sharma is a Stroke Neurologist who holds the Michael G DeGroote Chair in Stroke Prevention at McMaster University. He has led the development of stroke care systems and guideline development. He is the immediate past Chair of the Canadian Stroke Consortium, Canada’s professional organization for stroke physicians and clinical trialists. His research interests include the development of antithrombotics for stroke prevention, imaging outcomes in clinical trials and the economics of stroke care.
