Dr.Selam Kifelew Melkamu is an Assistant Professor of Neurology in Department of Neurology, Addis Ababa University, College of Health Sciences, Ethiopia. Dr. Selam currently works as a neurologist in one of the largest referral hospital in Ethiopia, Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital. She is a postgraduate coordinator for Attaching Residents. She is also involved in teaching and mentoring postgraduate and undergraduate studentsattaching neurology. Dr. Selam is a member of the Association of Ethiopian Neurologists. She provides professional support to two patient organizations in the country, namely Parkinson Patients Support Organization and Care Epilepsy. She is a mother of two.
