Bogdan Ciopleias is a neurologist at the Department of Neurology, County Clinic Hospital Brasov and PhD student at Transilvania University Brasov, Romania.
He was born and raised in Brasov, Romania, were he attended and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Transilvania University. He completed his neurology training at the County Clinic Hospital Brasov in 2021. He attended multiple national and international seminars, courses and conferences. During his career he has been involved in numerous research projects in vascular cognitive impairment, stroke awareness, outcome in stroke patients and wearable devices in stroke patients monitoring.
In the last years he was member in the organizing committees of multiple national and international seminars and conferences in stroke, movement disorders and autonomic disfunction. He is involved in multiple activities at the European Academy of Neurology being member in different scientific panels and management groups.
He is a member of the World Stroke Organization, European Stroke Organization and European Academy of Neurology.
