7th World Stroke Congress
October 13-16, 2010 – Seoul, Korea

Young physicians aged 35 or less on October 13, 2010 may apply to receive a scholarship consisting of registration fees for the Congress and 4 nights accommodation in a 3 star hotel.

Application Rules

1. Applicants must have an abstract accepted by the Scientific Committee and be a resident of a country as per the list on the following link: http://www2.kenes.com/stroke/RegAcc/Pages/scholarships.aspx

2. Applicants should be good standing (i.e. paid up) members of WSO. If you are not yet a WSO member you can apply for membership online at http://www.world-stroke.org.
Applicants must have paid their WSO membership fees by the deadline of April 12, 2010 if they wish to be considered for this award.

3. Applicants receiving accommodation and registration support from any other source will not be eligible.

4. Please apply while submitting your abstract online together with a scanned copy of your passport showing your date of birth. To upload a copy of your passport click here. 

Important note: Your request will only be considered if submitted at the time of abstract submission.
Deadline for submission of abstracts is April 12, 2010.

Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis of abstract evaluation by the Congress Program Committee.

Scholarship applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application before elapse of the early registration fee deadline.
