The merging of ISS and WSF to form WSO began in October 2006. New by-laws were developed and WSO has been registered as a non-profit organization in Geneva. Tax exempt status is pending.
The elections of the next Board for the period 2008-2012 now needs to be undertaken. This will be a two-stage process.
